TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The price is subject to 11% Government tax and 10% service charge
• Valid from 1^st April 2008 - 31^st March 2009
• An additional high season surcharge at US$ 35++ / room / night for following periods:
  1. 15 July - 31 August
  2. 20 December - 5 January
• Any cancellation 14 days (for low season) and 21 days (for high season) prior to arrival subject to one night charge. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival and No Show are subject to 100% of total room night reserved.
