• Any cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days (during low season) and 30 (thirty) days (during high season) prior to arrival is subject to a one night charge. Cancellations within 7 (seven) days (during low season) and 14 (fourteen) days (during high season) prior to arrival is subject to 50% cancellation fee of the room nights reserved. Cancellations within 24 hours prior arrival and / or No show reservations are subject to 100% cancellation fee of the room nights reserved.
