YOGA & MEDITATION

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA
Meditation is the practice by which there is a constant observation of the mind. It involves setting aside a regular time and place for the specific purpose of discovering that infinite well of wisdom which lies within.

YOGA ASANAS
Originally, the asanas served as stable postures for prolonged meditation. More than just stretching, asanas open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body. Asanas purify and strengthen the body and control and focus the mind.

AQUA WELLNESS & AQUA SOUL THERAPY

WATER PILATES
This flowing-water based workout focuses on muscular toning and definition through core-stability work, using state of the art floatation equipment from Italy. While developing strength, flexibility and body awareness, these specific water movements are also very supportive for those with back problems, weak joints, serious injuries, arthritis and anxiety. It is very safe and highly beneficial during pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A gentle hands-on method of healing that revitalizes life force energy and redirects its course, CranioSacral therapy focuses on releasing accumulated stress and trauma from the central nervous system through balancing and enhancing the functioning of the CranioSacral system, a physiological body system comprised of the membranes and the cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

By complimenting the body's natural healing processes, CranioSacral therapy is increasingly used as a preventative health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and its effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including: arthritis, asthma, chronic fatigue, depression, digestive problems, dizziness, emotional difficulties, frozen shoulder, hormonal imbalances, headaches, insomnia, migraine, neck and head pain, whiplash, pms, brain and spinal cord injuries.

There is a mysterious power to energy work that brings the body's energy centers into balance turning ones feeling to peace and well being. Ancient methods are used for unblocking chi, the vital energy flowing through our bodies that tends to get trapped due to emotional and physical upset.
